About the practice
Hohmann & de Vet GP practice is a modern practice on the Weteringstraat. We are keen to contribute to the health and well-being of our patients: with GP care in line with current guidelines and a personal approach, so that you feel at home with us.
We care for patients who live in the Kralingen district. Alongside the GPs, our doctor’s assistants and practice nurses are there to help you, including with chronic care, care for older people and mental health problems.
