What can you arrange online?
After logging in to our patient portal or the app, you can:
Make an appointment
View the schedule and book an appointment on a day and at a time that suits you.

Request a repeat prescription
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Once approved, the prescription will be at your pharmacy the next day.

Digital consultation
Online consultation with the GP
Unable to come to the practice, or would you like a consultation outside working hours? Fill in the smart questionnaire and send photos if needed. Within 1 to 2 working days you will chat with the GP about your question. If a visit is needed, we will advise you to make an appointment.
Please note: not for urgent complaints that need a quick answer.
Sendi text message service
A text message from the practice
We use the Sendi text message service. You may receive a text message with a direct link to important information, a short questionnaire or an answer to your question.

Questions or need an appointment?
Call the practice on weekdays between 8:00 and 17:00, or book an appointment yourself via Uw Zorg Online. For urgent matters outside opening hours, call the out-of-hours GP service (huisartsenpost).
