The vaccination day

The date of the flu vaccination day is stated in your invitation letter. We also announce the date in the news section on the homepage of this website. Bring your invitation letter with you to the vaccination: we cannot vaccinate you without the letter.

Missed the vaccination day?

Were you unable to attend on the vaccination day? Then, after the vaccination day, make an appointment yourself for a catch-up vaccination. You can do this easily via the Uw Zorg Online app (the practice’s online patient portal). The app works best on your mobile phone.

1. Open the Uw Zorg Online app (or go to the website on your computer) and log in.
2. Choose the Afspraken (Appointments) tile.
3. Choose Maak afspraak (Make appointment).
4. Choose the Vaccinaties (Vaccinations) calendar.
5. Choose a date and time.

Not working via the app?

Are you unable to create an account or log in? Then, after the vaccination day, call our general number 010 452 77 92 and choose option 3 (call-back request). We will call you back and schedule the appointment by phone.

Pneumococcal vaccination

Have you been invited for both the flu jab and the pneumococcal vaccination? Then you can have both jabs on the vaccination day. If you missed the pneumococcal vaccination, please contact the doctor’s assistant. She will tell you when you can still have the jab.

Flu jab at your own request

Have you not been invited, but would you like a flu jab? Then ask the doctor’s assistant for a prescription. You collect the vaccine from the pharmacy and make an appointment in the vaccination calendar. The doctor’s assistant will then give you the jab.
