Prescription line
Do you take the same medicines long-term? Then you can request a repeat prescription 24 hours a day via our prescription line or via Uw Zorg Online (our online patient portal).
How to request a repeat prescription
- Call our general number 010 452 77 92.
- Choose 2 (repeat prescription).
- After the instructions, record your request.
Please include:
- your name and date of birth;
- the name, dose and required quantity of the medicine;
- the name of your pharmacy;
- whether or not the medicine needs to be delivered to your home.
Prefer to do it online? Request your repeat prescription via Uw Zorg Online.
When will your medicine be ready?
We process requests every day at around 14.00. You can usually collect your medicines from your pharmacy the following day after 15.00.
Please note: recently, medicines have more often been out of stock at the pharmacy. If a medicine has to be ordered, it will take longer before it is ready.

Call the practice on weekdays between 8:00 and 17:00, or book an appointment yourself via Uw Zorg Online. For urgent matters outside opening hours, call the out-of-hours GP service (huisartsenpost).
