Medical certificates

For many services, aids, reimbursements and benefits, you are asked about your health, illness or disability.

It may then seem logical to ask your GP for a medical certificate; after all, your GP knows a lot about your health. However, in many cases the GP is not allowed to issue a medical certificate. So what should you do?

The Verwijswijzer Rotterdam website explains where you can get a certificate instead.
