How can I request the results of tests?
You can easily request the results of tests carried out by us via UwzorgOnline (the practice's online patient portal). After logging in, go to the ‘dossierinzage’ (view your medical record) section.
What should I do if I don't understand the result(s)?
If the record view does not help you understand them, you can send a message directly within the UwZorgOnline environment asking for further explanation of the results.
Can I also make a call-back appointment to discuss the result?
Yes, if you do not understand the result or would like further explanation, you can schedule a call-back appointment with us.

Call the practice on weekdays between 8:00 and 17:00, or book an appointment yourself via Uw Zorg Online. For urgent matters outside opening hours, call the out-of-hours GP service (huisartsenpost).
