Do you have questions about the opening hours of our reception desk? We are happy to answer the most frequently asked questions. If your question is not listed, you can of course always contact us.
What are the practice's opening hours?
The practice is open from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00.
When can I reach the reception desk during the day?
The reception desk can be reached throughout the day, except during the following time slots:
Between 8:00 and 8:10 because of a short team meeting.
Between 12:30 and 13:30 because of the lunch break.
Between 16:45 and 17:00 because of a team meeting.
Can I contact the practice when the reception desk cannot be reached?
The reception desk cannot be reached during the time slots mentioned. During these times you can only contact the practice for emergencies via our emergency line: call our phone number and press 1. In a life-threatening situation, always call 112 straight away.
