Leaving a message on the answering machine
Via our telephone system, you can leave a short message for the practice 24 hours a day.
How it works
- Call our practice number 010 452 77 92.
- Choose 4 in the menu.
- You will hear what the message box is for. If you want to leave your message straight away, press 1.
What do you use the message box for?
- To pass on a short message without going through the doctor’s assistant, also in the evening or at the weekend. For example, if you cannot attend an appointment you have made.
- To request a call-back appointment with the doctor’s assistant or the GP. You will then be called back within one week.
The message box is listened to once a day after 12.00 noon.
Please note
The message box is not intended for urgent matters, complicated messages or ordering repeat prescriptions. For repeat prescriptions, use the prescription line (option 2). In an emergency, call the practice and choose 1.

Call the practice on weekdays between 8:00 and 17:00, or book an appointment yourself via Uw Zorg Online. For urgent matters outside opening hours, call the out-of-hours GP service (huisartsenpost).
